Nominees in this category have demonstrated significant leadership or innovation in one or more of the functional areas of HR. Their contributions should make them viable candidates for one of the six HR Leadership Awards within the next few years. An Emerging Leader for purposes of this recognition would be someone who is a step or two away from a top-level HR position and is considered to have high potential for promotional opportunities within his or her organization. |
